I wish to become a member:
Why do you have to have an excuse to become a member of that Corporation? You pay taxes, that's good enough. Even when you run for any election you have to be 18 and be a Canadian for 6 months and that's it.
I agree that:
4) I can abide by the By-Laws of CFDCMW.
The same people that put this paper out don't even follow the By-Laws themselves. No AGM, no Members of the Corporation, no Election, but you must follow the By-Laws, not them. Where is the joke?
The By-Laws #1 say:
Term 8.5
Must be elected every year at an AGM by the Members of the Corporation.
Is this not misleading the public at the highest degree?????

The Crowsnest Pass doesn't have a Community Futures Development Corporation run like our with a membership. They are worse and more sneaky than this one. They created a provincial society to operate a federal society to make sure that people like you with a big mouth and no mind never see day light when they try to understand what's going on. All this time the money dissapears, nobody knows where it goes, the majority of you people have nothing to eat and you keep harrassing me for trying to understand the situation of how my shysters are wasting the money when yours are running free. Go have another drink and bury your head in the sand.

The wasteful gun registry has been eliminated by the HOC and now Harper has finally done a useful thing. We need to lobby them to eliminate Bill C-30 now which will destroy your right to Internet freedom of expression!

I stopped posting his comments on my blog because I found him to be a gutless wonder who still needs his mommy to hold his hand while he crawls through life playing childish games, because he is incapable of conducting himself in a constructive and meaningful way as most adults do. This membership application goes to the Secretary of the Board of Directors. In the Charter of Incorporation, By-Law #1 The admission of members by the Secretary of the Corporation. Two very different Secretaries. One with the power to give orders, the other one just to follow those orders. But the first one controls everything, no members of the Corporation. That means, no watch dog. No watch dog means, no election, no AGM. That means, no problem. For the last 4 years Ms Colleen Hemphill was a Director of the Board, for the last 3 years she has been the Secretary of the Board. When we sent in a package to inform the Board of Directors on December 13th 2000, Ms Hemphill was also on the Board of Directors. But in 2000 when we were arrested they told a member of the RCMP, Seith Paine, that we were trying the educate the manager. Why not show him the letter and the whole package? We were trying to wake up the Board of DIrectors as a whole. It seems to be, "Why tell the truth when a good lie will do?"
